Fresh Broad Beans and Ricotta - Simply Italian
Italian cuisine simplicity at its best. Open a fresh ricotta and pair it with some fresh shelled broad beans. Season with oil, salt and pepper and enjoy it with a light red wine or a rosé and some good bread.

Fresh Shelled Broad Beans
Ricotta
Extra Vergine Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Bread
Procedure:
Clean the broad beans and cook them for a couple of minutes in boiling water. Remove the external skin, and add them to some fresh ricotta. Season with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, salt.
Enjoy. Cooking doesn’t have to be difficult.
